In order to be able to guarantee the operation of this online offer and the services generally offered by Verena Bußjäger, we have to create some provisions (terms of use, general terms and conditions) in order to comply with the statutory provisions.

These provisions and the entire legal relationship between you and Verena Bussjäger are exclusively subject to German law. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. When booking one of the products offered on the website: no right to return or exchange. In the event of a failure on the part of Verena Bussjäger, the user has the right to use an equivalent product from the offers. If the participant is ill, this must be documented with a medical certificate. Excluded are the absence of the participant due to illness in a course hour, which is part of a self-contained course and is spread over a few days or weeks. Verena Bußjäger reserves the right to withdraw this exception for the participant if she suspects an abuse of this right.

For the general use of the online offer

There are separate terms of use and/or participation for parts of the online offer. These are each expressly marked and displayed by Verena Bussjäger and are also binding for the respective use of these parts.

There is no legal entitlement to the operation and use of Verena Bussjäger's website.

Content of the online offer

Verena Bussjäger assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Verena Bussjäger expressly points out that individual or group sessions in no way replace a visit to the doctor, medical or psychotherapeutic or other medical treatment and diagnostic work. Prescribed medicines must never be discontinued or taken in a different way than prescribed without consulting the doctor treating you. The treatments only serve as a placebo to strengthen the self-healing powers and are expressly only used as a wellness treatment.

Simple references (HTML links) to subpages and subdirectories (deep links) and the integration of parts of this website (e.g. using frames) from other websites are only permitted with the consent of Verena Bußjäger. Setting up HTML links to our website is permitted and desired, although Verena Bußjäger reserves the right to request the deletion of the HTML link within a reasonable period of time at any time and without giving a reason.
